Saturday Return!

Yeah it’s been a bit since I posted here. Was hanging out with those folks passing out the golden coconuts during mardi gras, then wandered throughout texas for a while and headed to North Dakota to prove a point that it does exist. Then stopped in Detroit and eventually eneded up back here in Rhode Island………yeah that’s the ticket.
Actually I have been doing more focused posting here. Then I realized that I still needed to post some vague ramblings and links to other stuff so I’m back.

From Previous post:

So Miles is this a company car because I don’t remember seeing this on the pamphlet? Um yeah you could say it’s a company car. With quite a few bells and whistles. Really like what asked Tricia? Well um I’m still trying to figure em out. Um Miles eyes on road mumbled a nervous Johanson as the barey missed an overturned palm tree. Whew that was a close one sighed Miles. Right everyone make sure you strapped in well ,looks like a bumpy ride from hear out. Wow pops I see your still king of the understatement. Thanks Kenneth

And now we continue

Bloody hell, the winds are picking up! I thinkwe’re almost at the turn off the for the house. Bought time dad said in stereo from the rear. Miles was relived when he spied the signpost or what was left of the signpost announcing their road. Wow look at those huge palm trees they almost fell on that house over there. Just as Tricia said that a tree fell on the road just barely missing the rear end of the rover with a loud crash. Miles cursed and said that was close. But Johanson noticed that the vehicle had picked up speed just as the tree was falling. Miles took a deep breath and glanced at his dashboard, a small display was lit up with the words collision avoided in glowing green letters.

Food Comments
Lets see what I have for ingredients, boneless chix breast,a gang of russet potatoes, and various types of frozen vegetables hmmm looks like I may make some chicken stew, with black eyed peas tossed in to help thicken it. What eles do we have in here…ohh whole garlic cloves…looks like it may be time to roast some garlic for mashed potatoes. Still got some vidalia onions left over,..I did notice a small piece of beef in the deep freezer. Maybe some type of oven roasted beef on a bed of onions may be in order. And with the left over boneless chicken breast I might do some crispy chicken tenders for the neice and nephew. Last week did some braised beef short ribs, and helped sista out with some baked chicken for an event that she was supplying the food for,man that’s was a lot of chicken.

Hmmm Miles muttered as he pulled into the entrance of the driveway and stopped near the entrance to the house.
Something wrong dear? Tricia asked. Um no just happy that we made it here in one piece. Ok everyone out. Tricia
and the kids grabbed their bags from the boot while Johanson hung back. Miles, Tricia yelled, I need the keys to unlock the front door. Miles fumbled through his pockets in search of the house keys, until Johanson whispered to Miles…..

Diversions
Tired of being out shouted by those hooligans at the soccer arena? Well maybe this device could be the answer. The whole use of sound as a distraction is nothing new but this may be kind of fun. Not sure if this is similar to the crowd control weapons that were used overseas.

Ah I remember when Troi used to do college promotions for Virgin records I think. Now he’s having some problems with the law.

And speaking of promotion and record companies. Yeah it’s a large fine but whats a few mil to that huge corporation.

And speaking of records.

When its good to be a person not of color

Oh damn time to download another security update.

That’s all for now folks, nuff respect to Hector for the call from Clearwater. Don’t forget I’m gonna charter a yacht and sail down there one of these days.

Here’s todays clip.
