Let the Asparagus tell you where to cut by bending it slowly till it snaps. Oh hey hi there special late Sunday post. Well not to late. Just finished cooking the dinner. Damn gotta remember to do prep work. Used the food mill for the mashed potaoes.The one that I have has three screens not two. Also used a flavor injector thingee for the honey mustard teriyaki marinade. Added roasted asparagus with balsamic vinegar to the menu (good sale price on asparagus,plus sister & the niece love them some aparagus). Picking the stems of the spinach brought back busboy/dishwasher memories yikes.
